Cherubun Guide

This is a comprehensive guide to gaining a Heavenly Key to create a cherubun. While you can only create one cherubun a year, some virtues can be gained more than once per year and be used as pets for buns.

Diligentia

Diligentia can be aquired by completeing the Pursuit of Diligence prompts. These prompts must be done with a charater you own, but they can be done once per character you own for multiple Diligentia, however you can only submit one prompt from the series per week. There are 6 prompts in total before you are rewarded with the virtue, meaning it can only be aquired once every 6 weeks.

Benevolia

Benevolia is aquired by turning in 12 Affection Tokens to The Statue of Kindness. Affection Tokens are aquired by raising an imp or virtue to an affection level of Loyal and maxing that level out. To raise a pet's affection level, they must be attached to a bun and named. On a bun's menagiere page, the pets can be reordered and pet once per day. Detatching a pet from a bun resets the level to Nervous.

Pet affection levels are still being figured out, but some conclusions can be drawn based on information in the announcement post and what has been seen so far. Below are listed the levels of affection and how long it takes to raise.

  • Nervous - Starting level. Increases after 5 pets. Awards 1 random dango ingredient.
  • Relaxed - Increases after 10 pets. Awards 1-4 carats.
  • Content - Increases after ?? pets. Awards ??
  • Friendly - Increases after ?? pets. Awards ??
  • Loyal- Maxes after ?? pets. Awards Affection Token on first completion.
  • Total time to aquire Affection Tokens: ??

Patentia

Patentia is awarded randomly from the Statue of Patience. There is no strategy to this one - you just have to check daily. RNG stats are unknown for random drops on the site but it is unlikely that you will go a whole year without getting one.

Humilitia

Humilitia is awarded after submitting 12 Succubun Spotlight gift arts. These must be art and must be submitted to the onsite gallery. They can be done once from Monday to Saturday - while the spotlight bun rolls over at midnight Saturday, the prompts do not reset until Sunday and cannot be submitted more than once per week. This automatically awards once Humilitia every 12 submissions.

Charatia

Charatia is awarded by donating 400 carats worth of donations to the Pillow Pile. Both items and carats themselves are donatable. Items donated are worth half their shop price if they are an item that is not sellable from inventory, but if it is sellable it counts for the price the item sells for. In addition to earning the virtue, there are other rewards at different amounts donated. (Originally listed by Tusk!)

Temperantia

Temperantia can be aquired by completing either the Dango Stand or Open Bar collections. Completing both will award two virtues.

Puritia

Puritia is the final virtue that can be aquired and can only be aquired once per year, and it requires the other virtues to have been aquired before completing it. There is a permenant plot starting at the Statue of Purity.
